Information We Process

4wdID may process account information, enquiry information, course booking information, instructor/base information, vehicle and training experience information, learner rosters, emergency contacts, health/risk declarations, photos, signature pages, score sheets, assessment materials, file-access logs, system logs, email and SMS notification records.

Sensitive Personal Information

Sensitive personal information is processed only where necessary for course safety, risk assessment, training records, material review, emergency contact, account security or legal compliance, and access is permission-controlled.

SMS Verification Privacy

Phone numbers, SMS verification consent and delivery evidence are used only for account security, code delivery, abuse prevention, dispute handling and legal compliance. 4wdID does not sell this information or share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS providers process only the data needed for code delivery and required compliance records.
