Complete the Three-day Standard Course
Complete the 4wdID standard course and build a shared off-road safety language, course record and debrief foundation.
Enquire NowA student card is more than proof of completion; it is your entry into the 4wdID training network.
After completing the standard course and passing assessment, students receive 4wdID Certified Student status. It means more than having attended a course: it shows they have completed a standardised foundation that can be recorded, reviewed and built on.
4wdID Certification* is an internal 4wdID training record and learning-stage marker based on 4wdID course standards, completed training records, authorised delivery and platform rules. It is used only within the 4wdID system for learning progression, benefit recognition and record verification. It is not a national vocational qualification, statutory driver-training completion certificate, administrative licence, government credential, third-party regulatory certification, road-driving eligibility, work eligibility, competition eligibility or insurance underwriting guarantee.
What 4wdID Certification Means
Complete the 4wdID standard course and build a shared off-road safety language, course record and debrief foundation.
Understand risk judgement, action limits, exit thresholds and site rules instead of treating risk-taking as skill.
Understand vehicle systems, tyres, recovery equipment, and basic inspection logic, including what equipment can and cannot do.
Through theory, practice, basic recovery, track judgement and assessment, students produce training results that can be recorded.
Standard-course certification is the entry point and shared baseline for later Desert, Snow, Overlanding, and other specialty courses.

Low-grip control, snow and ice routes, recovery strategy
Gravel surfaces, long-distance rhythm, vehicle protection
Self-sufficiency planning, exit thresholds, team coordination
Mud traction, water-crossing limits, winch teamwork
Line choice, slow control and vehicle attitude
System matching, equipment limits, reliability checks
Convoy camera positions, safety movement, field coordination
Every specialty card is a learning record in a specific terrain, technical or content direction. 4wdID aims to make off-road learning a path that can keep growing, recording and progressing.
4wdID
Completing the standard course is the first step into the 4wdID Certification system. Your learning records, specialty directions, Training Base benefits and brand benefits will gradually build around this foundation card.
